RYA Advanced Windsurfing Courses / Clinics at X-Train, West Wittering
Focusing on more advanced windsurfing techniques these clinics concentrate on:
Waterstarts, Carve Gybes, Jumping, Intro to waves
X-Train use a mixture of land-based simulation, on-the-water demos, group-coaching and video coaching to help you break the moves down into manageable parts and make them easier to understand and learn.
The clinics are designed for you to learn on your own gear. You can, of course, rent the latest RRD boards and Ezzy Sails from West Wittering Windsurf Club.
The teaching either takes place in the flat water lagoons, or in the mid-high tide waves, depending on the skill being taught and the level of the group.
All instructors carry UHF radios, we have jet-ski rescue and there are life-guards on West Wittering beach in the summer months.
