BSUPA Waveriding (advanced) SUP Course at X-Train, West Wittering
This Advanced Stand Up Paddle Surf Course helps you to progress in riding waves on your stand up paddlle board. The course includes:
Take off, bottom and top turns, use of the paddle
X-Train use land-based simulation, on-the-water demos and group coaching to help SUPers improve their stand up paddle surfing skills. Video coaching is also used to help analyze your technique.
West Wittering Windsurf Club have a large fleet of stand up paddle boards and paddles that are ideal for this course.
West Wittering quite often has waves from two hours before high tide up to 2 hours after. The courses are scheduled within this window.
We provide you with everything you need to participate, inlcuding a high-quality, single lined glued and blind-stitched wetsuit, if required. We also have a warm, dry club house with hot showers, changing rooms and as much tea and coffee as you want so you can eat your lunch in comfort. In fact, the only thing you need to bring is your towel.
All of our instructors are fully qualified and are hand-picked to ensure you have the best learning experience – plenty of fun whilst still learning!
All instructors carry UHF radios, we have jet-ski rescue and there are life-guards on West Wittering beach in the summer months.
